Sole Soothe

Hoof poultice/pack that requires no bandaging onto the hoof for shod horses. It is ideal to use after a hard workout, after working and competing on hard surfaces and is easy to apply. The anti-inflammatory properties of Arnica, working with the Epsom salt, which is well known for its ability to draw out inflammation and reduce inflammation, along with lodine's antiseptic properties, working with the Stockholm Tar which aids in keeping the moisture balance in the hoof, makes the hoof pack an ideal agent to use as a poultice when a bruised or abscessed foot occurs.

To apply to the hoof

1. Clean and dry the bottom of the horse's hoof
2. Using a wet hand, or gloved hand, scoop out a generous amount and apply firmly to the bottom of the hoof sole, covering the whole bottom hoof structure
3. Using shavings, or paper, cover the bottom of the hoof
4. Leave for 12-24 hours, remove with hoof pick before working
