Return Policy
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
Please note, we don’t exchange size/color.
Return Instructions
To request a return, please send a email to info@equineelegance.co.za
- Please advise order number, provide your name & surname and order number.
- Select the order and items to return.
Once completed, Equine Elegance will send a confirmation email, with the next steps.

Return Terms & Conditions
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
- The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
- Returns must be packaged in the original box or another type of suitable packaging, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape.
- Accepted returns:
- Defective merchandise: Equine Elegance reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or merchandise before authorizing a return.
- Wrong size (not exchanges, wrong dispatched size)
- Received incorrect product
- Equine Elegance reserves the right not to accept returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website policy page. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will be contacted by our customer care and will have to send a courier to collect the parcel.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of the return in our logistics.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 72 hours and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
